Gary A. Fletcher
Gary has practiced law for more than 30 years, primarily as corporation and litigation counsel for several private and public sector clients. Gary's representation of these entities has included a wide variety of topics ranging from developing labor agreements to establishing governmental development authorities to negotiating multi-million dollar commercial transactions.Some of Gary's greatest professional success has come through litigation before administrative agencies and courts. In addition to compiling an incredible success rate in labor arbitrations, Mr. Fletcher has received several substantial verdicts in litigation on behalf of his private clients, including three verdicts of more than One Million Dollars. Bill handles a wide variety of litigation matters for clients ranging from insurance defense, civil rights to complex commercial disputes. Bill has a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and won the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition at the University of Michigan Law School. Al has focused his practice on representing private and public clients in litigation, appeals and labor related matters. He graduated from the Wayne State University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Al was an intern at the National Labor Relations Board's Detroit Regional Office, assisting public and private clients with a variety of labor and employment related issues.
Al works on a daily basis on municipal law matters. He has successfully represented clients before State and Federal administrative agencies, Michigan State Courts, Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Al currently serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of St. Clair County and the St. Clair County Bar Association. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Visiting Nurse Association / Blue Water Hospice.

Dana VanDrew graduated from Albion College in Albion, Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan since 2005.
Dana is a member of the St. Clair County Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is a past Member of the Board of Directors for Blue Water Habitat for Humanity.
Dana is a skilled and aggressive advocate, focusing primarily in the areas of Divorce and Family Law. David Devendorf
While serving as a Navy lawyer in the Judge Advocate General corps, Dave earned his M.A. in taxation. He completed his Naval service in 1978 and entered the private practice of law here in Port Huron. In addition to representing several community banks, Dave specialized in sophisticated estate planning, with emphasis on the federal estate tax.
For more than 35 years Dave has helped families plan and execute transfers of their farms and businesses to next generation owners with minimal impact by gift, death and generation skipping taxes.

Marc Oswald
Marc concentrates his practice on business and health care law, estate planning, elder law, probate administration, trust administration, and real estate. His business practice includes advising and counselling businesses and their owners on a wide variety of matters including entity formation, negotiation and drafting of various agreements, general business matters, and succession planning. As part of his estate planning, elder law, trust, and probate practice, Marc provides advice, planning, and solutions with respect to the numerous issues that can arise as a result of a person’s death or incapacity.Marc received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School (2010, cum laude), where he served as Managing Editor of the Wayne Law Review. Prior to law school, Marc worked at Merrill Lynch where he performed financial analysis and risk assessment of small to mid-size companies. Marc is on the board of directors of the St. Clair County Bar Association. He previously served as Fundraising Chair for the Boy Scouts of America, Water and Woods Field Council, Blue Water District which supports scouts in St. Clair and Sanilac County. She earned her juris doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2014, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review.Tori was licensed to practice law in 2014. She is licensed to practice in Michigan State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Tori serves on the non-profit board of the Blue Water Clubhouse, an organization providing community support services to adults with mental health challenges.
